So, this year has been one gigantic roller-coaster of emotions. It's been one of the best years in me doing things I had longed wished to do. On the other hand some very sad things have transpired. Earlier this year my mother was diagnosed with colon cancer. After surgery and follow ups, she's doing very well.

Now recently, my dad has been dealing with lung issues..got put on oxygen the day before my birthday last week, and it looks bad. His lungs are in very bad shape with COPD and lung cancer...

They are both in their late 80s, so its not a surprise, but its still hard.

And as if this year can't get any more insane...my dad has now contracted covid amd was taken to the hospital last night. So far, me and my mom have tested negative though, so thats a small blessing.

I hope things work out for the best for you My Mom and Dad are both gone but I recently lost my wife to COPD and lung cancer. I hope your dad kicks its ass!!!!
