Erotic Fantasy art, so what?

Nice work, I like it! Now, why try and overanalyze what you are doing? I think that you could get work published, personally, but, you could always just continue enjoying your art as a hobby. Hey, we all need hobbies, well, I do, then I would get into less trouble.

Seriously, good work!

Peter, I love drawing erotica and yours is very good.(both of them) I don't do much fantasy drawing but I like what I have seen so far.

It's more overanalysing what i am NOT doing, 8Ball.

Thanks for the compliments, Carrie.

No worries, Maester. This was a thread I resurrected by linking to from the 'what turns you on' thread I think.

Maybe if I get bored, I will submit it again as a 'story idea' :)

I used to be an artist of erotica and I received a tremendous amount of satisfaction from the creations I composed. I no longer create for personal reasons and I don't know that I ever will again. I miss it every minute of every day and you would to if you were no longer doing it. You've got an obvious grip on the composition and your use of color and surrealism with this subject matter is a refreshing twist. It seems that you have little to worry about in the way of finding interested people (judging from all the responses to the one piece you've shown).

Don't be a pompous ass by downplaying your own work!!!

Don't be a sucker by selling yourself short on the value of your work!!!

Keep working, keep honing your style and keep showing your work. Sooner or later the right person or people will notice you if you let them.

I get the same satisfaction out of my artwork that I would get out of morphine if my leg was rotting off. A LOT of satisfaction.
