Erotic Illustrators & Writers

Hi Cantdog,

Glad you're back, with beautiful or interesting drawings.

Ahum, back to studying.

:(

I'm honored to have you, Black Tulip! You were there the first time these (or ones very like them) went up. I appreciate the kind words.

Here's a very old one, but it'll show you the distortion of reducing the image.

This is just the middle of the image.

glass eye

We had a party for Dick. He's had an eye like this one since a horrible crash on the Interstate a long time ago. He had special ones for hallowe'en (with a little jack-o'lantern in the pupil) and Christmas.

This went on the invitations to that party.

The inscription may need explanation. There was a type of mine which always reminded people of the "lather, rinse, repeat" school of unnecessary instructions. It was called a claymore; it dates from the 'Nam era. But then so do Dick and I.

It says on it (really!) : THIS SIDE TOWARD ENEMY.

Dick is utterly priceless. He's so weird, he pushes a bow wave of weirdness before him. You sense it and then you see him.

This is a quick pencil sketch that I screwed up on. It was the foot, but I sort of fixed it. Not my best, I suppose, but I don't have huge notebooks of stuff the way Rhino does, especially when it comes to erotic ones or nudes.

bottom section

This is the feet, the big fuckup I had to sweat to fix.

Oh, yeah, the all-important middle!

The rest of the image. A clever hand with an image handler can paste these together to form a large version of the whole.

Black Dog

A young guitarist who lived with us while going to x-ray tech school was in a band they called Black Dog. Not very original, and they did a lot of blues and covers, but they had three guitars and sounded okay. I did a t-shirt for them.

The t-shirts did fine, the band fell apart.

Two masters, one blue, one red. The black is the t-shirt material.

This is a scan of a twenty-year old t-shirt, because the masters belong to Brad now.

This one I really ought to scan again, because the forground figure on the left became faded in the shrinking.

The t-shirt on the girl is supposed to say, "TOTALLY INNOCENT" and the fellow on the left has a "STAFF" sweatshirt on.

The cannon is from a birthday invitation. My daughter and her best friend in high school always had joint birthday parties. This one said "Get ready for a Big Double Blast!!" with the two cannoneers facing each other only inches apart.

Cant, it seems to me you already possess a clever hand.

My monograph

By the foot of the more German-looking fellow above (in the cannons pic), you will have no doubt noticed the little symbol and the numerals 9 and 3. This is because I did the invitation in 'ninety-three, and the symbol is my monograph. It consists of a B and an F and an E. Here's a bigger version.

I made the thing up in Junior High. I sign my name with it appended to the end of the name, and I've done so now for, let me see, 35 years. If I've signed any of these, it will be with the monograph you see here. The three letters are, of course, my initials.

You're sweet to say so, cara mia.

This is the av I made from the sss image. Sweetsubsarahh made her own in a different way. I stroked an eraser across the top and bottom of the drawing to make it fade off evenly and abruptly at the border or edge of the original av photo. (Actually, I had drawn a little further up-- and a little bit further down, too!) The original crop was done for good reason, of course.

For the av, I did a crop of the scanned image, which gave me a razor-straight edge, like the original. I pasted the crop onto a white oblong just slightly bigger all around and then sized it to fit.

People have a look at the stuff, Rhino, but they don't say much. It does seem a little echoey in here sometimes.

I do get PMs on occasion, though-- very nice ones. I hope you do as well.

cantdog

I look, but sometimes the words aren't there and i don't want to be redundant.

You guys rock!!!:rose:

It does get echoey but I guess people dip in when they can. I've been happily watching and enjoying while you've been loading all this lovely work Cant, I like the the little stories that go with them and I'm always interested in the methods too. I lost days at a time scanning and fiddling around with bits and pieces but it's nice to have the work out there where it gets seen. You had one somewhere on this thread a while back, a very elegant and simple drawing involving some beautifully placed fingers, that was my fave.:)

I don't comment much because I'm jealous. I can only sketch head shots, and it would be nice to have my models do something kinky on occasion too.
