"I think 3 year olds are my speed right now." Megan said with a smile up at Jerry as she finished her bacon and started on her eggs. "The kind of crowd that I can fit in with and my tantrums seem normal."

It was a joke. She had never thrown a tantrum in her life. It just felt right to continue the small banter that she had going on with Jerry. He made her feel light and full of life. He gave her hope that perhaps things would turn out for the better.

"So, do you have our skis already reserved? I got some gear yesterday, but I don't know the first thing about ski boots or skis."

"I have skis, and boots and poles reserved. We will go to the ski shop and make sure they have what we need, and make sure that you look like the hot snow bunny that you are when you get out on the slopes." He smiled at her. He was teasing... a little, but was serious about the hot part...although she probably wouldn't take it that way.

Gallo cleaned up a little when she was finished with her breakfast. "We should get started Meg. I have a special surprise for you." She wouldn't find out until they got out to the slopes that he had arranged for her to have private lessons for two hours.

"I don't know if I can take many more surprises today." Megan said with a smile as she finished her meal and went to finish dressing.

Warm in her fleece pull over and winter coat, she pulled on a pair of snow pants and a warm hat. She was looking forward to the day spent with Jerry. It had been a long time since they had just done something fun with the two of them.

We head out to the ski shop and I make sure to get you fitted first. Once you are finished, and before I have my skis, I introduce you to Katie who is going to be your personal ski instructor for the next two hours. "She will do a much better job of teaching you than I ever could."

After the two of you head out to the slopes, I go back in, get my equipment and head out to the slope. It has been a long time since I skied, so I figure I will take it slow at first. I see your working with Katie, and head to a different hill. I take a few runs.....moving at a leisurely pace...trying to get myself feeling confident. I gradually increase the difficulty level of the hills that I go down.

"Sneaky man." Megan said with a laugh as she went off with the ski instructor that Jerry had hired for her that day.

Megan was focused on working with Katie, but she still saw Jerry off in the distance from time to time. He seemed to be enjoying himself and if she were honest, she were enjoying herself too. She fell more times than she could count, but she was soon getting the hang of the small runs. She would most definitely be sore the next day.

Gallo met Megan and Katie at the bottom of the hill. He smiled at Megan as he approached them. "Hey, how did my sexy snow bunny do with her lessons?" he moved over and kissed Megan on the cheek. Then, he handed Katie a tip and thanked her for helping with Megan.

"why dont we take a few runs together and then we will have some lunch and warm up in the lodge." He pointed toward the lift and they headed toward the hill. While riding up on the lift, he said to Megan, "Are you having a good time?"

"I am having fun." Megan said as she flashed him a wide smile. "Thank you for bringing me on this trip."

She leaned over and kissed Jerry on the cheek, happy that they could pick up right where they had left off a long time ago. It was like they had never been apart, even though they had made the effort to take things slow and see where their new relationship took them.

"I'm going to be incredibly sore in the morning, for more than one reason." She said with a chuckle as she gave him a sideways look. "But it's not my fault that I have a man that can't keep his hands off me in the mornings."

"Oh, you want me to keep my hands off of you. I am sorry, I did not realize that. I will make sure that I adhere to your wishes from now on." He got off the lift and skied around to the slope. Hopefully, sIf she didn't, they could have a problem, because he liked to tease...in more ways than one.

He waited at the top of the slope for her. "You go first, and I will follow. I want to keep an eye on you....for a couple of different reasons." after Megan headed down the hill, Gallo followed close behind her, but not too close, he did not want to fall over her if she went down.

"You just want to look at my ass." Megan teased him right back as she got her poles planted and she started down the easy slope. "But that's alright too. I like knowing that my ass can entrance you."

She grinned as she slowly started on the slope. She was happy and she was having fun. It was perfect, she thought to herself as she could hear Jerry coming behind her at a short distance.

Gallo followed Megan down the hill. He was impressed with how well she was doing, although she was going pretty slow. She had definitely mastered the snow plow, and seemed afraid of straightening her skis out and increasing her speed.

He decided to have a little fun with her. He allowed her to get a little distance ahead of her and then he went barreling toward her, before stopping short and throwing snow up onto her. He laughed at her and said, "now you look like a snow bunny."

Megan was trying her best to look confident even if she had no idea what the hell she was doing. She used her poles to give her balance, plowing into the snow in an effort to not go terribly fast. When she got some confidence, she let her skis straighten out slightly until she thought she was going too fast and she quickly went back to the way she was going.

Jerry suddenly barreled up next to her, stopping to throw snow at her. She looked at him as he laughed, a teasing frown on her face.

"Don't make fun of me, Jer." She said, tilting her head towards his for a kiss. "You can kiss me in apology."
