I know, it's really weird especially in that particular category. The only other pregnancy comment I got that I thought a bit unusual was one about a science fiction story where three girls and their respective boyfriends are abducted by aliens, taken aboard a UFO and the aliens give them fluids that act as an aphrodisiac so they will have sex, the aliens observing this as part of their scientific research before wiping their minds and releasing them.

One reader however said that I should have swapped the boys around with all the girls (in my story each girl only has sex with her boyfriend) and them all ending up pregnant with each girl having no idea who the father of her baby is. This was despite an important part of the plot being the three girls immediately start menstruating as soon as they are released and the aliens depart in their flying saucer despite none being due for her period, and the story is set in the 1950s when things really weren't nice for young women who get into trouble out of wedlock.

It's not the first time I've had somebody 'rewrite' major parts of my stories; several comments in one of my IT stories called for one character to be removed completely, despite the fact that he was the main character and narrator! I honestly don't mind readers doing this - any comments are better than no comments at all - but some of them are quite unusual.

Perhaps there really is a hidden duplicate Literotica site we don't know of, where these readers get to 'fix' the mistakes we made in our stories? One where all cheating wives along with wimps and simps receive severe punishment for their sins, unpopular characters are removed, all attempts to make readers laugh are taken out of the story and all IT heterosexual encounters result in a pregnancy.

It wouldn't surprise me if there were several discord servers for the different cliques in this Literotica forum

Honestly, I find the rewrite comments fun. It's an opportunity to think through your story from another angle.
Could I have done that?
Would it have worked?
What else would need to be changed in my story?
And so forth.

The folks who take the "how dare they" approach are missing out.

I like them too, and I agree they can be amusing or even helpful at times.

My father once recited a small poem for me when I was a child:

May that dark forum be as 'blessed' with their own trolls, ad infinitum.
