Feedback/Direction for a new writer

I recently got bit by the writing bug and decided to publish some story ideas I've had for a while.
But I've recently hit a creative impasse in one of the story lines.

Just a little background, I started writing a series set in an office. POV is from an older lady, head of the office, her 60's.
She discovers that a new employee, young male, 20's wears a diaper. She finds this interesting and the male's submissive nature turns her on. She demands to be the one to change him. So far all of this has happened in the office, behind closed doors.
Story is ABDL as well as a bit BDSM with an age gap

Tale 1 was mostly set up and a spanking, followed by the lady self pleasing.
Tale 2 was the first diaper change, followed by her watching as he masturbates, she again self pleases after he leaves. A little bit of Mommy domme slipped in
Tale 3 The male was ordered to hold his bladder and not go in his diaper then report to her. She had him perform oral sex on her before she would let him relieve himself. Her secretary secretly watchs. Another diaper change is followed by a spanking and a chastity cage being introduced.

Now the stories have been received well as far as I can tell. But I am unsure what direction to go from here.
I know I want to write a side story where the secretary admits she's been in love/lust with her boss and wants to be dommed by her. I am unsure if she will be into the ABDL part.

But as for the main male character. I am unsure how to proceed. My initial thought was to have the head lady ignore him and let him change himself until the end of the week and have her order him to her penthouse, graduate to full on intercourse with a heavy Mommy vibe to it.
Or, have the secretary be ordered to take over changing him. Secretary get's treated like an older daughter. Doesn't want to do it, but has to. She verbally degrades the male. Later, he's allowed to watch as the lady and the secretary have sex, but due to the chastity cage, doesn't get off.

This is SO not my kink and this forum is for feedback, so I don't know if you'll get good advice for where to go with this story.

The people who read your stories rate them pretty highly, and I think will give you better advice. So, going forward, I'd add a note to the END of each story asking for feedback or comments about specific things. Also ask for emails, if you want them. And for the existing stories, I suggest you leave yourself a comment encouraging your readers to comment on topics of interest to you. When they do, interact with them.

My other two pieces of advice for you are: (1) Action is better than reflection, and (2) it will be OK.

IDK if this is "the" strongest direction, but focusing on the psychology of the story seems like good advice: The strongest direction is to shift the focus from simply escalating sexual activities toward power, dependence, and character development. Have the boss temporarily withdraw her attention, then invite him into her private world and test whether his submission is truly about her. Meanwhile, let the secretary's jealousy and attraction create a new power dynamic, eventually developing into a complicated relationship among all three rather than simply making her another participant.
