Hi, Brinnie. I was told that, when one gets breast enlargements, sometimes you lose erotic sensation in the nipples. I would rather have them cut off my legs than lose sensation there. Everyone I ask tells me that it isn't always that way, but I have only asked people who do that (fake boobs) for a living.

I don't know whether there is any medical truth to it, but I've always assumed that all breasts have pretty much the same number of nerve endings in them, and that in smaller breasts those nerve endings must be packed closer together -- so smaller breasts are more sensitive than large ones, even naturally large ones. And that's without regard to whatever surgical risk there is in the enlargement procedure.
