Yeah, I remember what the state of Florida when it had "complete control" during the initial stages of Covid-19.

The state received a shipment of 400 very-scarce-to-obtain ventilators for Covid patients, and rather than send them to where the need was the greatest, Governor Ron DeSantis got a list of the zip codes that had the greatest percentage of voters who had voted for him and sent these ventilators to these zip codes, whether they needed them or not.
