Florida man receives 8 months in prison, first Jan 6 defendant sentenced

You haven't been looking--because you don't want to. You've been bamboozled by an obvious/blatant con man and you don't want to face your stupidity. With luck, he's convinced you not to get vaccinated as well--this after he not only has been vaccinated himself, but also, before that, caught Covid and would be dead now if not, as president, he got a $630,000 hospital fight to keep him alive.

You have been so owned by Donald Trump (with Vladimir Putin behind him). Congrats for your tenacious stupidity. The world can only be better if you haven't been vaccinated.

So Trump is being prosecuted for 1/6? I look forward to seeing the link.

Not even charged with treason, nor with sedition.

I'm good with the cop gunning down Babbitt if that's the new rule. No more rioting and such when a cop shoots one of your mascots, k?

You said there were no felonies and I proved you wrong as usual. I don't have any mascots and if I did and they did what Babbitt did, put them down too.

Sucks that you won't have a comeback for this. :rose:

I said it was mostly misdemeanor trespassing and disorderly conduct. That is true.

Black people are your mascots, and you white knight daily.

Yep, it's true that you got caught lying again.

You think black people are mascots? No surprise but it really drives it home when you read it. And please link me to me white knighting for black people.

I know I can link you white knighting for the bitch, Corny. :D

Texas upholds sentence for woman who didn’t know she was ineligible to vote - Five years in prison

During her 2018 trial probation officials testified that they never told Mason she could not vote, but the appeals court said that didn’t matter. Mason was guilty, the court said, because she knew she was on supervised release. “Contrary to Mason’s assertion, the fact that she did not know she was legally ineligible to vote was irrelevant to her prosecution,” Justice Wade Birdwell wrote for a three-judge panel on Texas’ second court of appeals.

Florida man gets 8 months in prison in U.S. Capitol attack - 8 months in prison

But the judge said Hodgkins went to the Capitol "to impede the certification of the election, and he admitted that he did so."

That would be unrelated. The charges have been dropped because there is not enough evidence in many cases.....if they looted the Capitol, they'd have evidence because the abundance of video.

I guess if you want "privilege", it's not about being a Democrat...it's about not doing it in view of 30 cameras.

If they were only "visiting" one wouldn't be in jail on a felony and the other wouldn't be 6ft. deep, where she belongs.

that isnt true

no appt needs to be made to VISIT

The building was not open to the public. They were all tresspasssing.

All who made it inside will be charged with that at the very least.

uh huh

Soros prosecutors. You won't find that "listed," but that's the reason. Like Kim Foxx letting Jussie off the hook in Chicago.

lol.....shocker there....which ones exactly? And why didn't they just throw out ALL the cases?

The best way to prove something is to provide evidence that you just know exists but can never produce.
