No, it doesn't. This isn't our war but you saying that nothing has changed since 2021 is wishful thinking at best. Russia now occupies swaths of Ukrainian territory, deploys missiles and bombers in violation of its own pledges, and rattles the nuclear saber almost weekly. NATO has deepened its military support in response, and Ukraine openly seeks alliance ties. The 2021 agreement might have been a talking point then, but today it’s little more than a relic, overtaken by the brutal realities of war.Your post contradicts this assertion.
