I'm an American, so it was years before I met an uncut penis. Belonged to an Irish boy. I confess, I didn't quite know what to do with the extra skin...at first. The Irish boy, an English boy, and an Australian boy later, I got the hang of it. I like 'em both, cut and uncut, as long I like the guy sporting it.
I do, however, think circumcision is one of the most bizarre things to do to a baby boy. Painful too. Aside from religions that practice circumcision, I just can't imagine a mother saying, yes, cut my healthy baby's penis, he doesn't need that skin he was born with. But we don't do it in my family, so I might be biased.
