Unless military power is brought to bear soon, France may soon be lost, a triumph of civilized passivity in which the undertakers are ready, the gravediggers are idle, and the politicians are still congratulating themselves on the virtue of doing nothing as Paris burns.

Eh. It's not the first time Paris has fallen. :)

Three threads on the same topic?

You're really going hard in your quest for American fries.

France May Be Lost

No, it's still about 20 miles from us and sat next to Spain (and all those other ones...I just happen to love Spain. And the Spanish).

Scare over.
Move on!

(You can respond if you want Whiteguide, but if you do I'll just ask you why you lied about never saying what race you were on here, and ask if you have mentioned yet that the children's deaths last week were "a price worth paying" and then you will run away like you always do so why not just save yourself the embarrassment...)

Question - what's more important to you - the political issue in France or who this thread triggers?

If the second, probably don't pretend to be a serious person.

France has a reputation for surrender because the Nazis did an outstanding job of propaganda to destroy France's motivation to fight. British propagandists saw that and put all they had into counter propaganda to motivate Britain. Now Europe is restarting the conflicts that will eventually become wars across most of Europe. The winners will have effective propaganda and motivation and the losers will have mass graves.

Let the rest of the Western democracies look upon this Gallic wreckage and tremble. If they continue to indulge in the same sentimental, soft-headed fantasy, welcoming vast hordes who harbor no desire to adapt to Western civilization, but rather every intention of dismantling it, they will soon find themselves sharing the same tomb, wondering too late how their historic capitals became mere staging grounds for the next dark age.

The Adult Operators Behind the “Student” Revolt

The list includes the Gilets jaunes, the radical far-left Yellow Vests, and La France Insoumise, the far-left socialist party known as France Unbowed. From the beginning, these groups treated broken classrooms and school conditions as the useful pretext for a broader war against capitalism, austerity, policing, and military spending.

Photos from the streets show the hammer and sickle flying next to the Palestinian keffiyeh. That is the red-green alliance in real time: communists and Islamists finding common cause against the West they both despise.

Nomani’s earlier reporting already showed how the same pattern works. Of an earlier count of 50 groups, only about a third were youth organizations. The rest were unions such as the CGT and Force Ouvrière, the French Communist Party, civil-rights front groups, and Palestinian-solidarity activists.

BreakThrough News, the New York outlet inside the Singham network, pushed the violence to a global audience with dramatic anti-police clips. The same network that has spent years amplifying unrest in American cities is now treating French streets as the latest franchise location.

I think you're due another thread about France.
ll74 arrives with the inevitable bleat of the modern left-winger, emerging from his digital cave with all the intellectual heft of a wet sponge and a loaded diaper. He watches the slow, spectacular collapse of Western civilization and finds himself profoundly bored by it. To a mind nourished exclusively on the thin gruel of social media grievances and undergraduate slogans, the disintegration of an entire historic culture is merely a tedious repetition, a disruption, perhaps, to his daily schedule of feeling vaguely offended on behalf of people he has never met.

He illustrates the primary disease of our democratic age: a complete and monumental incapacity for genuine thought, masked by a sneer. He cannot refute the grim reality of the Gallic decline, so he simply yawns, hoping his apathy will pass for sophistication. It is the classic defense mechanism of the intellectually bankrupt. When the house is on fire, the certified simpleton does not look for a bucket; he complains about the glare of the flames and asks when the entertainment will change.

How many threads are warranted to describe your intense interest in France currently?

Elleelle pretends nothing is happening because he contends that what is happening in France can't happen. Lol. :)

I've never suggested nothing is happening, moron. I also haven't suggested "the end of France is near!" In hyperbolic multi thread orgasm.

There are protests happening in France that are being pushed in intensity, but the same thing happened in Minnesota and last I checked, they didn't start a revolution.

Bigotry truly drives people to stupidity.

Lol. You panic easily. I can tell why you never served.

To this profound thinker, the validity of a historical fact depends entirely upon whether the man stating it has ever been yelled at by a sergeant in Georgia. He fancies himself a master of irony, yet he remains utterly blind to the greatest irony of all: that his own right to sit in a cafe, winking at the destruction of his culture, was purchased for him by better men who actually understood that when the barbarians arrive at the gates, it is generally considered a poor time to take a nap.

Lol. I'm going to predict right now that I will find this thread in the future and bump it with "This thread aged poorly"
