HUBBY is walking and doing great -- slowly but surely and that is all i care about
I am almost healed and doing well -- going to see if i can still get enrolled to college again for the fall

LOve you all and talk to you soon

Thanks Kayte, All the prayers I have been getting must have worked. I feel great and not having too much pain. Glad to be back in the UP, though! It was tooooo fucking hot downstate!!

Hi Sweets!! Carrie is doing great! I came home from A2 on Monday after getting the all clear from the docs down there. They were able to get most of the cancer, except for a dime sized piece that they said was too close to my brain and they were worried about sending it into my brain if they messed with it. He said that the radiation should take care of it! I can't start that for another 3 weeks because he said he wanted me to heal for 4 before starting it. The whole eye is fucking gone, along with the muscles and nerves. It was weird seeing it when the doc did the dressing change. Even weirder was knowing (and watching with a mirror) him putting the packing in it and not feeling it!
