 You keep taking those fucking meds. and I know the fucking exercises suck I have a close friend that didn't think they were fucking necessary and now she is in pretty bad shape? I'm fucking thinking about you honey.

{{{{{{{{{{{Sase}}}}}}}}}}} Thank you so much darling. I am so fucking sorry to hear about your friend. :( It is a pain to do it all, but I do know at least in my case it is working.

I was first diagnosed with MS back in 1981. At the time there wasn't any course of treatment beyond trying to eat healthy. At that time I did belong to a gym and I did already work out. That surprised people but my doctor suggested I keep up with it. I think that did some good in the long run. When the first injectable became available I was put on the list. It was a lottery type of thing as the ramping up of production took a bit of time. It was fast tracked from the testing to being available because it did work. I moved up quickly as there are so many people that weren't willing to do the shot bit. Heck it is only every other day. And a couple of Advil relieved the aches. So I have been on one of the injectables since. It is very pricy though. :( I have been fortunate enough to have insurance that covered it while I was able to work and then once I became disabled, and I had to wait for 2 years for Medicare to kick in I was fortunate enough to be able to get some financial help. Now I just have to make it through the "donut hole" every year... I am actually lucky though.

I will keep your friend in my prayers sweetie.
