Attachments do not always appear anymore following Lit's decision to no longer allow images that might be NSFW, instead only showing links.

A real person didn't necessarily block your attachment; it could have simply been automatic.

Or not. Maybe a person did. I just wanted to comment on what I know because I disagree with this whole NSFW image-to-links bullshit.

The safest assumption is that Lit simply does not allow ANY image uploads what-so-ever. It is best to host or link your photos elsewhere, regardless of content. You can literally post a pic of butterflies and Lit will delete it.
