GEN X UNITE!

I was too busy getting my free coffee and complaining about "kids today." 😅

Dare is ask if said kids you were complaining about were on your immaculate green lawn 🤣??? It's understandable why you were missing not for nothing ........ nothing " hits " as good as free, steaming hot black coffee whoohoo!!
I keep hearing on tv...

"Are you age 51 to 70?"

I look up from my phone to the tv..

It's either for life insurance or Medicare, lol
Insurance or Medicare?!? Not unmmm Viagra or Cialis 😜??

Good morning Gen X. May your day be as bright as a jar full of lightning bugs
Good morning to you as well!!

We're all blessed to be alive and be able to open LIT 🙂 I'm especially blessed since I'm browsing thru here along with my hot, steaming black cup of coffee whoohoooo!!

Each day we open our eyes and get out of bed it's a great day. There's a lot of people out there who didn't open their eyes or are able to get out of bed so count your blessings 🙏

Fun fact: my lawn is neither immaculate nor green, because it consists of beautiful, organic, natually-occurring, drought-tolerant, native plants. I believe they're known as "weeds" in the commercials for caustic lawn chemicals? 🤔

We were the last generation to use the Dewey Decimal system
I'll be honest, I never really visited the library even before the internet.
lol, When in elementary school, during library days I checked out things like Where's Waldo or comic strip collection books like Garfield.

That's actually a Gen X career I wanted before the death of newspapers.
I wanted to be a famous comic strip artist as a kid.
Show up in everyone's Sunday paper.

That particular art form hasn't actually died. I've still seen comic strip artists out there on the net. It's just changed formats. Just like Pump Up The Volume has become a modern podcast!
