Sorry I've been away so long.. Just have been really busy with life..

Good morning ya'll hope this brings a smile 
Two worms live together in a golf course.
The first worm says, "What kind of day is it?"
The other worm says, "You know, I don't know, but I was thinking

going up and checking it out." The first worm says, "That's
a good idea.
Why don't you do that." So the second worm starts on his way up
through
the dirt. At the same time, two lady golfers are walking along the
fairway. The first one says, "Jeez, I gotta piss." Her
friend says,
"Well, it's very early. There's nobody else here on the course,

right here. Nobody will know." The first lady says, "You
think so? Right
here?" Her friend says, "Yeah." And she agrees to do
it, because it
helps the joke. She pulls down her knickers, and lifts up her little
golf dress and she squats. She's just about to commence when the worm
pokes his head up out of the grass right below her. She lets fly, and
forget it, he gets drenched. He's dripping wet as he goes back down
through the dirt. He goes up to the first worm, and he's soaking wet.

damn birds are building their nests upsidedown!"

i'm wondering if anyone knows of any ways to naturally lower blood pressure.
i was put on high blood pressure medicine in june because i was popping antihistamines like candy due to a sinus infection that wouldn't go away and so my blood pressure went sky high. i'm still battling with it, it's lowered significantly, but not where the dr wants it at. unfortunately due this knee injury (which i have a mri done on wednesday for) I can't exercise, so that went out the window. any other ways? (if it helps, the prescription medication i am on is toprol xl 100mg and norvasc )
oh and btw, telling me to lower my stress level won't work, not with everything going on in my career (or non existant career) and family life right now.

yes Jay I am...I am prepared as well as can be...growing up in Fl and living so near the coast here I have lived through Dozens of Hurricanes,but this is the scaredest of one I ever been.Ivan looks awful nasty.....

I was pretty stress free for a while, but then I got a phone call from family and there it was! right back again. (i quit the family business and am looking for work elsewhere, and daddy is making it very difficult to stay away with as much as he relied on me, and it's killing me right now. in the long run it's for the best, but right now it's really awful)

Bama, that thing is getting closer by the minute. I wish you would get out of there. This is a pretty bad storm you know. It just about leveled all the islands it hit. You be careful!!
SD, I know its hard to leave the family business, but with time, if you can stay sane that long, everything will get better. As for the stress, well if it comes back, then make it go away again. Stress is managable, you just have to find something to take your mind off of it.

I will be driving tomorrow to Charlotte, NC.. It's suppose to rain the whole way..but hopefully I'll be far enough ahead of Ivan for it to bother anything..
