Morning Everyone! I hope all are well.. I hope not to offend anyone, but I hate Halloween. What a pointless holiday. I'm glad it's fun for the little kids, but too much of an excuse for trouble if you ask me. That's all we need...don't get me wrong though..I do enjoy the candy..

Jay- Yeah, that's what everyone keeps telling me. How I used up my get of jail free card and should just move onto something else. Well..I'm gonna dissapoint all of them, none more than my mother, cause if I'm able to again, I'll definitly be back on the rock. However, I may take you up on your offer to see what the South has to offer. I do plan on going down to Savannah for that wild St. Patricks bash. I'll let you know..

SD- I'm sorry to hear about your accident. To be honest I didn't read back in the threads so I didn't even know it happened. I hope that you are healing quickly and soundly. WIll you have to go through PT and such? If so, I wish you the best of luck in that.

Jay- Heh..Unfortunatly I had too much practice. I got all the way to the top of the route before falling off!
My real problem was the fact that I've climbed for so long, so many times, that I let my guard down and didn't double check my gear. So I'm a victim of being too comfortable doing something that can kill you. From now on it's double, triple checks for me and my belayer!

HELL NO! thank godness i didnt' do that this year. i made sure i gave away almost all my candy and only quit when it was real low and i couldn't handle another group of trick or treaters....thsi is only the 2nd year i've been able to give out candy even though i've been in my house almost 4 years (wow has it been that long?!?!?!) the 1st 2 years i couldn't because i worked 2nd shift. i remember how much i loved halloween when i was little...all the candy of course and getting dressed up and it was ok to pretend like you were someone else for a change....
