Hi, thread. New guy here. I just got back a couple weeks ago from college, so I'm back in the ATL at last and enjoying the summertime. Kinda bored though... I've been having a hell of a time trying to find a job around here.

Well I'm back off a weeks vacation, and really hate this heat. I went up to the mtns, and it was very nice. Now I come back to GA and find the heat index is fueling my ambition to move up there. I hope everyone is enjoying life, and continuing to make a difference in this world. If we want it to last, we have to take care of it.

I have been working a lot and not here as much as before.

Not much has changed with me.
My baby graduated high school and will be going off to college soon...

I bough a new car.Well not brand new but a 2.000 which is new to me!!

I have been on this diet and lost 20 lbs now a bunch more to go...

Cindy just brought us lots of rain,but Dennis has me wooried.Looks like he will be headed straight for me.Any one have room for me in Ga?

Seems the thread has lost so many of the past regulars. Some I know are still around, just not here while others have left Lit life all together.

Promise I will try to be here a little more often... That is, if my GA friends will still have this boy for TX.

I think most of us just get caught up in every day life...and we both are Ga adoptees...or are we the step kids?

Hey Bama, congrats on the 20 pounds! I've got about 70-80 to go myself so we can cheer each other on ( I've only lost 5 so far).

Not much going on here. Huge writer's block, mild bout of duldrums (not quite depression but not a lot of smiles either), and homesick for florida like you wouldn't believe.

Other than that, Life is a bitch in stilleto heels, but she looks good in them

Thank You and trust me its not easy losing the weight.i also wanna lose 80 more lbs but slowly we will get there!!

I cheat,by one day a week i eat whatever I want.It may take me a bit longer than some,but for me it works.When I try to stay on one without that I never last long on the diet.I just try not to over do it on those days

Hopefully that writers block wont last long.

Well Its Friday again. seems like that day comes around alot now. I just want to tell everyone, I'll be out for a week. I'm going to Canada next week. Calgary to be exact. They're also haveing the great Clagary Stampede up there, so maybe I'll get to see a cowboy like my friend DC.
