Thank You all for the prayers.
This has been a rough few days,but we are all alive and well!!!!
My daughter who lives in Houma,La about 30 miles from New Orleans came here and stayed.We are not sure if they have a home any more,but they are alive which at this moment is all that matters.
I do have some family there who stayed to ride out the storm who we have not heard from,so please ya'll keep them in your prayers.
I also wanna say that to each who sent pm's that I only have a minute on here tonight,but as soon as possiable I will answer each of you.Thank You for the kind words and the care.

Autumn in the air!!!
Did anyone else smell it this morning? That cool hint of the leaves turning...the air a touch different...waiting for autumn to get here so I can get out my sweatshirts and jackets and cloaks.
This is the time when I most enjoy living in georgia. just cool enough to be comfortable, just warm enough to not need to bundle excessively.
And soon the peach cider will be flowing up in the mountains...

Things are going great here in Texas. Yes, I have been busy. And yes I have been traveling again. Thailand, London, Orlando, Salt Lake City. Will be heading back to London, Seattle and then Orlando again soon.
Our thoughts and prayers to Bama and all those effected by Katrina. We have welcomed tens of thousands of displaced residents here inthe Lone Star State and my area has been especially inviting and supportive. Between the office and the kids and school, it has been wonderful to see so many reach out to help any way they can.
Hope everyone is enjoying the transition into fall and the beginning of a new school year (for those with kids).
Everyone take care and I will try not to be such a stranger!
