I'm in the lull period of Christmas. After the seasonal traditions of decorating and family shopping are done and before the excitement and movie traditions of Christmas Eve and far before the face watching habits of Christmas Morn. Christmas? Christmas who?

I'll be there after my dad visits tonmmorrow I reckon. I'm all christmassy as I am decorating the house and wrapping gifts for him to take home with him but I will no doubt enter that lull after that which will last till i'm back home at mums again then the season spirit will be excited again

Have you seen About A Boy starring Hugh Grant?

I totally missed it when it was in the theatres, but I saw it a month or so ago on video.

It's Christmassy, in an Islandish kind of way.

(You will have to watch the movie to understand that last remark.)

I haven't though I have heard a lot of good deals about it.

Now, since you recommended it, I think that will be another thing to do on a lonely christmas night.
