In the order of sin, Satan was the one whos sin was greatest. It has been shown that sin leads to death. God is the creator not Satan. You can't get around that. So by following Satan's recommendation you can only agree if you have been deceived, as Eve was.

Lucifer's sin was defying Jehovah's will. You have to show that Jehovah's will is inherently good for questioning it to be considered a sin on any level, otherwise I fail to see the wrong in questioning that authority which just assumes authority because it is powerful. By what right would a creator govern and judge his creation solely due to the act of creating it? Unquestioning servitude is not usually considered to be a good thing.

Satan is obviously the villain because he attempts to steer mankind away from God always. He never does a beneficial thing for man not once. Gods justice can be cruel, and Satan's plan is to corrupt man so much that God will be forced to destroy mankind for wickedness.

You can't just say it is. Justice is not justice if it simply the judgement of an authority figure, justice must be shown to be done because it is morally right. God shows all the time why he is right. And sometimes its painful when we've gone wrong and he reminds us. The best thing is that as an example to follow Jesus came. That gives us a choice in the matter and a way out of the judgement for the sin of knowledge. If you choose it, you may be saved!
