good lube with a good taste

PYL: pick your label (boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, Dom, partner, person i have sex with...whatever)

Wait, there are different lubes depending on whether the lube is used on a pussy or a cock? Isn't it all going to get mixed pretty well anyway?

Sweet almond oil works well for us oldies. Softens the skin, little after smell, tastes good. Cleans up easily.

Umm...I don't think lube is gender specific...

Well sure it is (gender specific), or at least some is. K-Y YOURS+MINE WARMING COUPLES LUBRICANT has female component, in the pink bottle of course, and a male component in the blue bottle. You haven't seen the TV commercials?

The male component goes on the penis, the female component is used to lubricate the labia and vagina. We've used it, A LOT and it works. Plus, the process of her putting mine on my penis, and me rubbing hers onto, in, and around her genitals makes for great foreplay (plus stimulates my wife to produce her own natural lube). We enjoy it immensely.

Per their advertising:
"Make chemistry, make magic, make love.
An invigorating warming sensation for him. A thrilling tingling sensation for her. Put the two together for a totally new, unexpected experience. It's more exciting. More satisfying. More everything.
"

As an added bonus, both components have a pleasant flavor as does K-Y Intense Pleasure Gel which is "designed for manual clitoral stimulation, that can intensify sensations throughout intercourse. A few drops on her intimate areas during foreplay and the special formula will bring sensual waves of warming, cooling, or tingling sensations that can increase the sensitivity of her intimates areas." We've found that this too stimulates and increases natural lubrication as well.

Huh...I did not know that. Thanks for the tutorial ☺ I don't have much TV watchin' time. Also, you should be their next spokesperson...almost convinced me to go out and buy some! Hell, maybe I will!

We've an adventurous couple and there isn't much we haven't done, or tried, to enhance our experience in the sexual realm. The cubbies in our pier wall bedroom set look like a sex lab with all of the massage oils, lubes, and balms. Here's a few other lubes and oils that we've tried and enjoy immensely.

Kama Sutra’s Divine Nectars Strawberry Kiwi Body Glide is perhaps the most flavorful of lubes that we've tried. We like it....a lot!

Per the product description, which I'd say is pretty accurate:

"Divine Nectars is a water-based, flavored body glide that combines the reviving, sweet flavor of strawberries with fresh, tangy kiwi. Allow the silky smooth feel of this flavored glide to enhance an intimate moment with a romantic partner. You can explore one another and enjoy the refreshing essence of ripe, juicy strawberries and just a touch of kiwi. "

Virtually any of the Kama Sutra "Oil of Love" products have a pleasant flavor some of which are quite unique. They claim they aren't "lubricants", perhaps because the warming sensation can be quite intense. (the only reason I can see for this would be as protection against liability in case someone were to have an unfavorable reaction).

I've been REALLY into the Original Oil of Love ever since I became sexually active and I still love it. They describe the flavor as, " Notes of creamy vanilla, warm chocolate with a hint of spicy cinnamon." Whatever it is, I think it smells, tastes, and feels marvelous.

"Kissable, water-based foreplay oil that gently warms on the skin. Only an oil by name—water-based, non-staining formula."

We also enjoy Kama Sutra's Aromatic Massage Oils for foreplay and as a long lasting oil based lubricant. You know how it goes? You pour a little on for a massage, a little becomes a lot, it flows into intimate cracks, crevices and onto in and around genitals, and before long you're having slippery, slidey, fun. Again, I've liked many of these for a very long time with "Serenity" perhaps being my favorite as, to me, it smells like...well...SEX and I think tastes good.

Of course these aren't the only flavored sex products. Just those that I've used used and think are very intimate.

A basic Google search of "flavored sex lube" reveals dozens of hits.

We were into the "Yours and Mine" long before it ever showed up on TV. I just think many of K-Y's TV spots are funny...and spot on. I note that some of the other companies are also coming out with products similar to "Yours and Mine". Heck, I'm constantly intrigued by the variety at the drug store or even grocery story.

As I said in my post that followed, "We've an adventurous couple and there isn't much we haven't done, or tried, to enhance our experience in the sexual realm. The cubbies in our pier wall bedroom set look like a sex lab with all of the massage oils, lubes, and balms..."

With the kids all grown up and moved out, we barely hide the stuff anymore. If guests venture into the master bedroom or bath, they see what they see.
