...What have you tried to get yourself to sleep? There are many tricks in the book but personally..... whenever I've made it past my second jerk-off and am still not asleep, I know I'm in for a long night...

I'm to the point, tried everything else, that my Dr. is wanting to give me perscription sleeping aids. I am reluctant to take those.
Of course everyone has their own opinion on the subject but if you take them under medical supervision I think that they could really help. Are you worried about getting hooked on them? Or is something else the matter?

I don't want to deal with the side effects of any of them. I have enough problems with medication side effects.
