He's not a critical thinkerBanning guns reduces gun violence. If it only cuts it to 20% of what we have now, I’m okay with that.

Your data is too generalized and therefore lacks the ability to actually show the truth. It is the equivalent of saying that Earth has a gun violence problem compared to the rest of the universe.
Which makes the statement meaningless.
So, if you really want to discuss the stats, then delve into them and post what cities in those red states have gun violence problems. THEN post about the leadership of those same cities.
At that point we will see if the true problem lies in conservative states or if it's actually the result of Democrat run cities. Which begs the question of whether conservatives are any part of the problem at all or if gun violence goes hand in hand with Democrats and their policies no matter where the Democrat lives.

Gotta love those “which came first, the chicken or the egg?” situations, ‘eh?
People who live in cities are more inclined to vote for democratic ideas and candidates. Why do you suppose this is true?
The difference in the ratio is huge. Only 26 of the 100 largest cities are Republican. Only 16% of the population of large cities are under republican leadership.
So yeah, it makes sense that most gun deaths that happen in cities happen in democratically lead cities.

It points out how blue city populations can be subjected to the tyranny of the minority of red rural voters, especially in states that have been heavily gerrymandered.
So are we to believe that Americans are unlike human beings elsewhere?
Oh wait! We have more guns than people in America ? If that is true, then that’s what makes us hopelessly different ?
Oh! That and are politicians are pretty much all whores to political money! And? Democracy is gerrymandered or handed away by the Founding Fathers
I don’t think anything will “stop” violent crime. Not better mental health care, not more cops, not fewer guns.So you're like everyone else on the Left, you want to ban something under the rubric that it eliminates gun violence while also knowing that it will in fact not stop violent crime at all.
And once that's pointed out, you switch your claims to saying that it will reduce it. Yet the truth is that VIOLENCE is the problem, not the implement used to commit that violence with.
Fix the violence and you won't have to worry about the implement. Keep on spreading the lies and discriminatory behavior which you exhibit and all you do is empower violence.
Which tells me the problem here, is you.
I don’t think anything will “stop” violent crime. Not better mental health care, not more cops, not fewer guns.
I just want to make it harder for an angry man to kill lots of people quickly.
What that graph tells me is if you want change don't vote democrat.Gotta love those “which came first, the chicken or the egg?” situations, ‘eh?

Banning "guns" has never happened in US history, so there is no record of how that would work here. It may work in places like China. Japan, and in countries where there is no established law or history of a right to arms by the citizenry as there is here. There was an illegal and temporary Assault Weapon Ban here in the US but it was shown to have had zero effect on crime, or gun crime, and was lifted. "Banning guns" will only work to limit the rights of law abiding people and not do anything to keep guns from the hands of people who do not respect the law and who will only continue killing the innocent with their "banned" guns. Banning guns is out of the question in the United States of America. Only stupid people think this is possible.Banning guns reduces gun violence. Lol...how conservative of youWhat that graph tells me is if you want change don't vote democrat.
His victims are dead. Then stop the angry man, don't disarm and punish his victims.
In essence what you want is to punish 80 of the kids in a class of 100 merely because 20 of their classmates are bullies while letting those same bullies roam around freely without restriction or consequence.
Or do you think zero bail and early release don't punish the law abiding?
The model is there. Rudy Giuliani had the magic formula, the template is there, shitcan the progressive mindset that guns commit crimes. Enforce the laws on the books and keep violent criminals behind bars. Mental health also needs to be addressed.I don’t think anything will “stop” violent crime. Not better mental health care, not more cops, not fewer guns.

So the GOP feels that mass shooting and school shootings are just part of being American?
Is there anything the GOP can offer to slow down this made in America killing trend?

… while doing NOTHING to protect them from the evil which the state allows to travel freely in search of their next victim.
Yes., stop the insanity in our schools, swift unrelenting punishment for the criminal use of guns, make mass killings a federal crime punishable by death. So the GOP feels that mass shooting and school shootings are just part of being American?

How do you stop “the angry man?”
With no-permit carry, no background checks, no mandatory training, how is someone determined to be ineligible for gun ownership?
Under the GOP you only lose the right to have guns and ammo once you have been prosecuted for a crime.
If you think having more law enforcement to be a solution, consider how so many mass shooters plan to die as an end to their spree.
Yes., stop the insanity in our schools, swift unrelenting punishment for the criminal use of guns, make mass killings a federal crime punishable by death.
EVERY shooter leaves a trail of evidence behind them. Every single one of them telegraphs what they're going to do before they do it.
EVERY victim starts their day thinking it's going to glorious and wonderful. Every single one of them discovered that people like you don't give a shit about them because you ALLOWED someone to hurt them by not putting that person in jail or the psyche ward.
YOU DO THIS! Not me or the victims. YOU! Because you enable criminals to go out and commit crimes while doing NOTHING TO STOP THEM and doing everything you can to harm their victims.
You want solutions? Try advocating for a national database of the mentally ill and link it to the BATFE/FBI background check system. Try putting career violent offenders behind bars for the rest of their life. Try getting behind the death sentence for murderers and serial killers. Try not being a fucking asshole who thinks only of himself for once in your miserable life.
Every child who dies in the next school shooting is YOUR FAULT because you allowed the killer to be free to go and do it. It's not the gun, it's you and your tolerance and acceptance of crime. It's you.
And you still can't figure out why you disgust the majority of people who know you.
weaksauce "after the fact" solutions that don't do one damned thing to prevent mass shootings. We've offered many options such as putting criminals in jail and keeping them there as well as increasing funding for law enforcement and more. Offers which have been rejected.

They teach that assault weapons are just rifles. What is this “insanity in our schools” that you think is creating mass murderers?
