Some years ago I had a work where we as part of the uniform had to wear a tie. So after having done that for 3 years, I'm used to it, and it doesn't bother me.

I don't have any pictures of me in a shirt and tie, but who knows, maybe there'll be some after the litogether in London, since I plan to wear a suit there

I just dislike the feeling of anything on my neck. I don't even like t-shirts, as they tend to ride up on my neck too much. 19.5" neck means I need big collars. Even the collars on t-shirts for brutes like me are too small usually. And I freaking HATE dress shirts. You buy em by neck size. I get 19.5's and the neck kinda fits, the shoulders fit, and then I could use the material below may chest to make a tent.

How frikken hard is it to realise that Athletic Cut is a meaningful concept even for a guy with a 19.5" neck? Yeah, I'm a fat guy, but I still have a 10"+ drop from chest to waist measurement. I don't mind getting a jacket or pants tailored, but a dress shirt? Fuck.

And what asshole clothing designer puts SHOULDER-PADS in a jacket for a freak like me? It's not like I don't already look frikken huge, shoulder-pads make me look a brick wall.

ooooh i love that too, being all naked or nearly naked while he's all perfectly groomed in a crisp dress shirt and tie. with his old job about once a week Daddy would come home from work all stressed out and irritated....and would just walk in the door and immediately start whooping my arse...slapping, punching, kicking me in the bum and side with his dress shoes on. then when he had gotten it all out of his system and calmed down, looking at himself in the mirror to straighten out his tie, adjust his shirt, smooth down his slacks, look all perfect again, with me all crumpled and worn out on the floor. *sigh*...it's a rare man that can simultaneously pull off cool sophisticate and aggressive thug.

I have rejected a job that required ties, chose blue collar over white simply because of it. I am not gonna sell my dignity for a weekly price.

I was writing a scene where the Master used a handful of ties to flog his girl. A tickling sensual scene more than a heavy S/m thing. Actually went out and bought some ties at the local resale store and made a flogger with them. I deliberately chose the truly ugly ties. (they were cheaper.)
