I've seen ads in this area from a man who hosts weekly get togethers in his apartment for men who can't otherwise get away. He provides towels, condoms and water and asks for a small donation (I think $10). I haven't been to one of his get togethers, but it sounds like fun.

I did attend something similar several years ago at a man's house. There were around 10 men present and all had a good time. After paying him $10 to help defray the costs (condoms, lube and towels supplied), I was given a bag in which to put my clothes. Everyone was naked and had full run of the house. Most of the action took place in one room on a king bed, but he had a nice back yard with a privacy fence as well. All in all, it was a nice way to spend a lunch hour.

There was a very similar event here on Long Island. It was in a three bedroom condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in Long Beach. Almost identical to your story, held monthly and limited to 10-12 guys on an invitation only basis. One of my regular suck buddies had attended a few times and he swore it was some the the best nights he could remember!

I was working my way into an invite (yes, working on my knees) when COVID struck, so needless to say it never happened for me. I do dream about it sometime, imagining how much fun I could have with 10 other cocks in the same apartment!!!

The place that KenM77Florida referenced in this thread in the NY area is called Dave’s Place and is in Goshen, NY on RT 17. It’s open daily. The web site is davesspa.com. The locals have been trying to shut it down for years. I’ve never been.
