He said that rather matter of factually but then he did something she never thought she would ever see. He got on one knee, she saw the ring and what he asked. She hoped he was sure about this, she smiled at him and nodded. "Yes Severus, I will marry you" She said happily to him.

Severus was very happy. He was happier then he had ever been. "You really do! I, you have made me so happy, Emily! Now, we must organize the wedding!" he then turned cold. "We can't have a public wedding! If we do, then it would look like I chose you to be my assistant because I loved you! Also, the death eaters could use you to control me. Our wedding must be private Emily. It is for the better!"

 

[Mayu]

She was surprised by all his emotions and watched him turn from happy to really cold. Placing her hand on his cheek. "Shhh Severus, we will get married with just us and the justice of the peace. It will be okay, and as for the death eaters using me against you? over my dead body well I should say over my living body" She said softly with a big smile on her face.

Severus was happy that, even in a time like this, Emily could still joke around. "Well, that means no guests, only a person to we'd us, and that person must be someone we can trust. There's that to figure out, the date, where it will be, and then we are good to go. Any ideas?"

Emily thought about it for a moment and looked outside thinking for a moment, and sighed. "Do it in London at the church in white chapel there is a priest there that can do it, I have no family all are dead. So I don't need a big fancy wedding, I always saw big fancy weddings as a waste of money" She smiled looking at Severus.

"Well, if you can trust this priest, so can I. He wont need to know about us being magic. We will make this look like a very normal wedding. Now, we need when. But, we can figure that out tommorow. Good night, my fiancée." e kissed her forehead, and walked into his own room.

She didn't trust much people but this priest she trusted, if he worked for the death eaters. She would feel it, and it left her with a big grin on her face. She headed in her room. "Goodnight Severus" She said happily and let the bedroom door close and it locked behind her, walking up to her room she laid in bed and fell asleep.

Severus went into his bed, knowing that he would would sleep very well. He was going to marry the love of his life, death eaters were leaving him alone, and Voldemort was most likely gone for good. Life couldn't get better. He fell asleep. Uickly, with a grin on his face.

She felt very light on her feet, felt amazing and it was really glad that everything was so great. And she relaxed in the bed, yawning and stretching as she fell asleep for the night, with the balcony door open. It was beyond perfect.

Severus woke up when the sun was half through rising. He yawned, stretching his arms. He got up, too groggy to use magic. He went to the sink, ad splashed his face with water. He woke up, changed,and set to work on his newly arrived paperwork. When he was halfway through, the sun was completely risen, he thought he should wake up Emily. He left hs room and knocked on her door.

She was having a good start to the day and was humming to something when she heard a knock she figured it was Severus. She went to answer the door and smiled seeing him. "Morning Severus" She was bright eyed and bushed tailed really. She went to her bed and made it. "How are you this morning?" She asked turning her head.

"I am doing wonderfully, my lovely fiancé. I just came by to tell you that we should be going down for breakfast. I will wait out here for you to get ready." he closed the door and stood by it, waiting for her.

She came out a couple minutes later as she put her hair up in a braid and looked at him. "Alright Severus let's go" She said happily and headed downstairs. "This beats being in America doing boring stuff" She chuckled happily. And looked at him "You seem to be in a very good mood, seems good to see you smile"

"Well, in class, I am usually in a very grim mood." he said. They walked for a while, and then they finally made it to the dungeon which was Severus' classroom. "Well, this is my classroom. We will spend the majority of today in here, hopefully doing work, not goofing off." he chuckled.

She looked at his classroom and was taken back by the way it looked. "I like it, very big. I can memorize were everyone sits in just one day" She said happily. Looking over at Severus. "I will take my job seriously Professor Snape" She said looking serious but grinning at him. "Will be fun and we will get work done so don't worry about it" She patted his back.

"That is nice to hear. Now, I need your advice on the seating arrangements. When they test, they will have different seats, organized by me. But, there will be year round seats, and i need your help on something's." He grabbed they chart showing where everyone would sit. "Now, Potter and Malfoy hate each other, But Weasley, Potter, and Granger are really good friends. So we can't group any of them with each other, or else they would get distracted. But, Weasley and Potter aren't the best potion makers, but Granger is the bestin the class, so if I group those three, then they could learn from Granger. But, they would also distract each other. S, what do you think should happen?"

She looked at the class list and looked at the way the seats are and she slowly walked around, letting the ideas flow with her. She started to imagine the class and could almost see the children, and then she stopped. And walked over to the seats for a second, putting something in her head. "Put Granger with Potter and Draco with Weasly I know they hate each other. I personally hate Lucius Malfoy but that wont stop me from doing my work" She said. "Perhaps I can talk Potter and Weasley under my wing a bit and help them"

"Draco and Weasley especially hate each other, for Draco calls him a disgrace for a pure blood, and Draco also insults Granger, calling her a mud blood, which deeply angers Weasley. S if you will pair anyof the three with Draco, it will all end with disaster. Now, Draco has 'cronies' named Crab and Goyle, so if you group the three together, it would be a bit better. Looks like we will have to group the two groups of threes separately. So Granger with Potter and Weasely, and Draco with Crab and Goyle."

 

[Mayu]

She looked at him and crossed her arms "Or do that, amazing how you can be hated for the blood that runs through our veins. Draco wouldn't be like that if his father had been different. I have a feeling if you put Draco with his two friends, I can see a problem there. This is why I had no friends in school, no one to get me in trouble." She looked down for a moment. "Well guess we will see where it goes"

"Well, if you agree to this seating arrangement, it is now time for me to teach you the classroom rules." He took a pice of chalk and began writing on the are. "Rule 1: Do not help other students unless told to by a teacher or teachers assistant. Rule 2: Cheating on a test or quizz will result in loss of points on the quizz. Rule 3: Any rude talk to a teacher or superior will result in punishment. Rule 4: Any breaking of rules will result in loss of house points." He wrote all of this on th chalk board. "Yu got that?" he asked her.

She looked at him and looked at the rules, when he looked at her she nodded. "Yes I got it, we had rules like that in the muggle school I went to, but that's a long story" She smiled at him. Willing to learn everything he had to teach her, because she was very happy with him. And happy being his assistant.

"Okay, good, we got the seating and rules down. Now, I must give you a test of my own so you will be accustomed to the test. After that you must then correct a test I did. I have, on the test, circled random answers." He handed her the test for her to complete. "You have one hour to complete thet test it is a 5 page long test." He set an hour glass.

Thought things were done with quills and ink instead of pens she took right to it. Writing down everything she needed to, she knew the material perfectly. And nothing got in the way of her goal, she smiled knowing she had all the questions and right when the last piece of sand left the glass she was done and put her paper up and handed it to him.

He. Had expected Emily to get all the answers right, but a score of 115%, that was the best score ever gotten at Hogwarts! She got extra points for neatness, for explaining, and for extra credit. It was amazing! When Severus finished correcting, he handed Emily the test she was to correct. "You must now correct this test."

 

[Mayu]

She smiled at him she could tell he was pleased with her, dipping the quill in ink she looked over the test, and could see the mistakes in less then a minute. Using her neatness she marked off those that were wrong, and she handed it over to Severus. "You know I think it would have been fun to have you as a professor, I mean sure your moody as hell. And I would have ended up falling for you, I just hope I'm not a know it all like Miss Granger"
