light roast. generally prefer lighter roasts, but it really depends on the brand/beans.

Yeah I typically buy lighter roast beans when I'm at home. At work I prefer the dark roast for whatever reason lol.

Ah that makes sense. I'm lucky in that regard. I work from home and my first meeting of the day isn't until 9:45 so I can kinda sleep in a bit

Coffee fact, did you know there's more caffeine in lightroast's? The darker the bean, the more it's been roasted, taking away that caffeine factor.

Yes! Most people assume the opposite. Dark roasts also tend to be less acidic, though other factors may come into play.

I love me some coffee. I'm happy to enjoy some with friends, whatever roast they like.
