Pulse students are part of the Pulse Team. Hell comprised this team with teachers and students with potential. Because the pulse students know how to handle villains and are training most of the time they are allowed in off limit campus points. [ex: Stroke Penitentiary, Simulation Room and of course the mansion off campus where the Headmistress and John Live]
As for normal students. They have to put up applications and will be tested to join the Pulse team, because many people have died during the struggle with Victoir Hell is very picky about her Pulse team. She only picks the Elite and the Best. Which of course seems to put Pulse above the other students [ex: Lloyd Cavers - Arctic is very popular with the women because of his status in the Pulse Team.] Normal students [ex: everyone else excluding you, myself and Arctic] Just study and train like everyone else. They are not allowed anywhere near the off limit points. That's why Armel was punished with an obliteration band.
As for teachers. Pulse teachers have the same appliance. Only normal teachers resent the pulse teachers a little more than the rest. So far I don't have any pulse teachers.
Speaking of which If applying for pulse. I will change your status if I have too many pulse or if I just don't think your pulse material Like I said she's very picky
John Myers is considered part of the pulse team. Despite being a human he works with our communication devices and such. He's a good assisstant as well
. The Warden is a former member, but because of his tight shift at the Penitentiary he resigned. Arctic is considered one of the top Students in Pulse. He's worked his hardest and as a Senior student it puts him on top of the newer members. [Almost assisstant teacher, but teacher rules dont' apply to him]
