Hmmm - if it helps any, you'll know you've got your fingers in the right place when you find a spongy "pad" of especially soft flesh on the "belly" side of the vagina, near the pubic bone.

It's not impossible to find the g-spot on one's own and others have had success in trying. Enjoy!

There are also g-spot vibrators (for solo fun) on several websites, or if you live in or near a decent sized city, stores that sell them. They curve up toward the end.
