I think most of the 29% or so that got him elected are still backing him, no matter what. For most of the rest of us, "barking mad" would be praise, compared to our opinion of him. Those of us who see Donald as a twit or madman and pay any attention to foreign news will likely lump Boris into the same bucket.

I think our real dominance began in 1861 when the United States demonstrated to the World's generals, who were very attentive, its capability to conduct military operations on a geographical scale unheard of at the time, during our Civil War.
