They would piss in the floor registers, which wasn't an issue until the cooler months of autumn arrived, and your eyes would water and your sinuses burn when the furnace kicked on.

Could be an owner problem, but I always thought them filthy buggers.

My ferret shit in his pan in the corner. You have to train them just like any other household pet.
