Hey, gun nuts!

post a pic of the bullets, make one of the bottom of the round. If it was in airtight cans with desiccant packs and it should last indefinitely

I should have thought to take some pics of individual rounds. It's been stored in the box in an attic crawlspace for, probably, decades.

I figured as much. How does one dispose of rotten ammo?

Give it to a rotten friend. :D I pull the bullets de-cap them and reload them.
They would be considered toxic waste, so don't just toss them in the trash.

The hazardous shipping fee would kill you. :D

A quick google shows many call their local PD and they take them for safe disposal.

I wouldn't tell UPS what was in the box.

I figured as much. I'm sure a gun shop could do something with them as well.

Hell, maybe I should just take the .38 to a range and shoot them. So what if they fizzle?

I'm not individually loading 350 .22 rounds, though.

lol......22 aren't re-loadable.
Worst case one might get stuck in the barrel from low power.

No shit.

What do you think of the rifle? ^^^^

Looks great, .22's are good little target fun guns. Plus if you want to eat a squirrel it can get you one.:D

That model was produced between 1936 -1971.
