Hope you're having an awesome day HG. Hope to see you soon
Pretty good, thanks.
Just got back from celebrating my "baby's" 5th birthday with her classmates. Tomorrow is her actual birthday, birthday party and pick of dinner. She choose sushi!

Happy 5th birthday to your "baby"!

Perhaps with age will come the good sense to opt for something other than sushi. ;)

Sushi Park is great I wish I had time to get there, as I was invited ;)

I haven't, but I just recently bought a jumbo box of Apple Jax. :)
Those are good too, but my favorite is Lucky Charms. Of course the box gets thrown out with the cereal left after all the marshmellows are eaten!

Funny, if you saw pictures of me at her age, she is a HG Jr. My other 2 daughters look nothing like me!

Bet you were right cute! :)

I like Froot Loops, even if my body does not. <sigh>

I was horrified when I discovered the existence of Froot Loops, more so that my children did too. We don't have them in the UK . . .

Although I'm a huge fan of sushi, it is generally considered unhealthy to give young kids too much fish because of high mercury levels which can stunt nervous system development.

Here's a link.

Also, that your child, at this tender age, likes sushi indicates a sophisticated and refined pallet.

Flirty, you don't like sushi?

Actually, she just loves this restaurant. She pretty much just eats the soup (chicken rice), edamame and self serve ice cream! The rest of us like the sushi!

My step-daughter likes tempura and teriyaki chicken. She's half Japanese. Has your daughter tried mochi? Some kids love it...
