Solid what do you think of Englands chances at the World Cup? I was up last night and couldn't sleep so I watched the their game.

I've been a little less noticable around this week as I have to share the computer now that she is home.

What's been going on your way. Same old work here, and after a cool and brisk weekend it is back devilish hot and humid again. Times like this I miss spending summers in New York City and Connecticut.

Hi Berkley, so nice seeing you in here again. Glad you are doing well. Awww that is so sweet, no it is nothign serious just a touch of the flu and longs hours at work. I will be fine.
How are things with you and the wife? I hope you have had a great time together since she has arrived back home.
Not much happening here with me. I have been doing alittle painting and house cleaning. Spent the other day at the park with Precious and have started to learn how to roller blade. Well I should end before I bore you.

I'm glad you are okay; I thought all those crazy work hours might have something to do with it. We get our bodies internal clock skewed and all sorts of things happen to us, including a depressed immune system that opens the door to colds and the flu.

Precious is so cute, I tried to post pics of my babies but they are too big. I have to figure out how to downsize them. It's frustrating, they are 833x439 (I think) and the limit is 800... grrr.

The home situation is... I dunno. She came back from her trip and was all bubbly about the sights, shows, even the work conferences; but she has been a little distant towards me. Saturday, instead of doing something together, she went out with friends, I was going to a movie, but decided to go spend the night floating on the lake instead. That was relaxing.

Now, I'm boring you.

Hi Berkley, so nice hearing from you again. I know waht you mean about our internal clock getting messed up but we all have to do weird hours sometimes. I'm fine alittle rest and lots of oj was all I needed. I spent a whole day laying in bed watching tv and reading.
Thank you, Precious is a very big part of my life now. I can't believe how quickly she has become this big part of my life. If you can't re-size the pics of your babies just e-mail to me and I can do it and than send them back to you to add to the thread.
Sorry to hear that things are not going so well with the misses. Have you talked to her about how you are feeling? I hope you can work things out.
Trust me you don't bore me. So please feel free to write as much as you want. Hope to see you in here soon.

Essentialy, a group of local players get together on the third Saturday of each month for gaming. Board games, miniatures, fantasy, historical simulation, ccg, and so forth. On average 30-40 members attend, though we've been known to have over 60 at a time.

I'm sorry to say it is not very relaxing. We are cleaning stuff we stored as a couple in her mom's basement. Getting rid of what we can't / won't use after we split. I've got some things here I always thought I might have a use / space for and I am realizing that won't happen.

On a good note, we are close enough to Harrah's Casino to have gone and done a little gambling ( my first Casino)... or should I say we gave them about $40 for the priviledge of playing with their machines... *lol*

So, overall it's not so bad I guess.... oooh, I think I'm in a bummer mood tonight. This sounds so maudlin. Sorry.

Back at home now and I'm sooo glad. Sorry to bend your ear so bad last night. It was a rough day... But I'm back on my little hot rod 'puter and luvinit !!!! The... Dial... Up.... I .... was.... on.... was... soooooo.... slow............................. It would have to go through 3 numbers and the first two would NEVER connect, then it would initialize. This process would take anywhere from 3 to 7 minutes... and I'd keep getting bumped off, too. I've been so spoiled by DSL.
