Thanks for your thoughts. I am more relaxed now that I'm home, but there is still that base line tension about how long this will be home. She has made it clear that she doesn't want to try to put things back together. She is in her bedroom and I go off into mine. We are still friends, obviously, things haven't become "War of the Roses" and I don't think they will either. I am just trying to juggle everything and make the best out of it all. We are going to sell the house and the cruiser (boat) and then pay off everything we can. That's when the separation becomes "official". And I'm just crazed enought to dream that I will come out of this with enough to be able to buy a boat big enough to live on and just move to the lake. I have about decided that in this market the boat payment and slip fees will be less than or equal to renting a small place in town, and I love the water sooo much (I'm Aquarius, you know)

I think I'll be fine with a lot of help from my friends... at work, in town, and of course the wonderful friends I've made here.

I got to running on so much, I meant to comment on your pics. They are so nice, and you are so pretty. Thank you for posting them. btw... Q.. How do you pronounce your name? with a long 'e' sound or 'ie'.

I know what you mean about tech probs. My email server had a problem last night and my Norton A-Virus wouldn't let anything in or out. Tech Support said it was their prob, not mine or Norton and asked me to bear with it about an hour... 2-1/2 hrs later still nothing... Thank GOD I could still get to Lit.


I've got my eye on a couple, first I have to sell my current cruiser.

At 24 feet it's a little SMALL to live-aboard.

One of the club members where I'm moored has a 36 foot aft stateroom cabin cruiser. It has a large saloon, full galley, a good sized head with shower, and a stateroom foward, too. The aft stateroom has had the head refit into a walk-in hanging closet, and it has built in heat & air conditioning, generator, too, so you can run your 110v appliances while underway.

As far as the weekend goes; she is going out with some of her friends, so I will probably see what kind of mischief I can get into at the lake.

I Canadian. I am doing just fine thanks. I had a wonderful time last night. I went out with some friends from work and it was a blast. I needed to get out and smile been very busy with work. I think I will take the first week of July off. How was / is your weekend?
