I've been aroundabout, sort of. I've been doing some lurking and just popping up now and again.

Inventory was a meltdown to make 3 Mile Island look like a matchstick. I'm just beginning to dig out from the fallout.

The house is showing, but no offers. Only one nibble on my boat. So I'm basically still in limbo.

There is an annual Air Show back home this weekend and I'm taking a 4 day to go visit old friends and old haunts and of course attend the show. This is where I met Chuck Yeager, almost 50 years to the day after he broke the sound barrier.
It is different for me now, going to it as a civilian, when I was in the fire service I could go for free, get a good view from the CFR building, and be on the emergency response team. I could probably still flash my badge and get in the back gate

Yes, things here with me are going just fine thanks. The weather is great and I just ordered some tickets for the first few home gmaes of the Leafs. I love sports and in 2 weeks our volleyball team starts up again.

I don't want to bore you with all the details, but I've been having a rough time of it for a couple of weeks. Working too long trying to straighten out the mess and other things has me so drained, I'm just not myself right now. I feel guilty for taking time now.

I'm hoping the airshow and visiting with friends will help me recharge. I'm about 110 miles from my hometown, depending on the "track speed" I can be there in as little as 1 hr. 15; most of the time you have to run 85 or 90 mph just to keep from getting run over.

I'd love to be able to fly up there. There are a couple of aerobatic performers who live here in town; one of whom is number 2 in the world. It'd be cool to fly up with him, his SUK-33 is ONLY rated for +/- 12 g's

It's great you are going to the games and have such nice weather. I think we are going to get some of your cool Canadian air in a day or two; I'm ready, I'm tired of 90's. Funny you should mention volleyball. A co-worker of mine just seperated from her husband and bought a new house. She came in today looking like hell. She met her neighbors last night and played vollyball and drank wine until 3 AM. Hung-over and 3 hrs. sleep; she was the walking dead today.

Now I'm off to fix dinner. Worked through lunch, AGAIN
Had a Coke and Nabs at my desk.

Hey Jade_. I'm doing just fine, thanks. I couldn't make it to the latest gaming meeting, but I should be able to attend the one coming up. Yeah, I've ebbed and flowed a bit here, but I'm still around most of the time. How are you doing? Well, I just found out last night that my Uncle is coming down today; so I won't be on much today or tomorrow. I hope to talk to you when I can get back on.
