Name: Sarah Nichols
Age: 18 - Senior in High School
Description: 5'6" 120 lbs Hazel eyes brown hair dyed Dark Red
Wearing: White cotton shirt, jeans and tennis shoes

Sarah looked out the window of her mom's Toyota Rav4 as they drove through the most boring parts of America. Who knew the midwest could be so flat. It was miles and miles of the same old thing. She looked down at her music player as she listened to the new Bush CD and ignored her mother, Pam.

Her mother had basically forced her on this trip. She kept pressuring Sarah to decide on a college when Sarah really just wanted to take a break from school and determine what she wanted to do with her life. It had all culminated into this trip away during Spring Break because Sarah had disappeared for three days straight after having a really bad fallout with her mom. When she had finally been found, she had holed up at her best friend's house without any of her friend's parents knowing.

So, Sarah was being pulled along as her mom went to go see Sarah's Aunt Clara in North Dakota, of all places. Sarah looked over at her mom as she continued to drive down the highway. It was getting close to being six p.m. and she knew her mom would need to stop and get gas.

Her mom had the trip practically planned to the detail of where to stop for gas, food, and breaks. When I saw the gas station on the horizon, I got comfortable listening to my music and fell asleep on the back seat since I refused to sit next to my mom.

I felt my mom stop the car and heard her get out of the car. That was the last thing I remember before falling into a deep sleep.

Ryan Morris
Age: 32
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 195 lbs.
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Hazel
Body Type: Athletic.

Ryan Morris was a self-made millionaire. Due to some great investments, he was able to make a lot of money and retire early. He build a house in the country with all the amenities, full electricity, Satellite TV and Internet. But, he was bored... So for fun he liked to steal tourists cars that came into town. He was great at it and the tourists always got their cars back in a day or two...

Ryan was hanging out near the gas station off the interstate. He saw a lady with out of state plates pull up to the pumps the farthest away from the station. The gas tank was on the passenger side. He watched as she filled her tank and headed inside. Once she was inside, Ryan dashed for the car, found the keys in the ignition. He started the car and peeled away from the gas station.

Sarah felt the car start moving. Something was odd about it but she was still between being asleep and awake. The car felt like it was speeding. Her mother never went over the speed limit. It was one of the frustrating things about her mom. Maybe Sarah was just more disoriented than normal.

Sarah moaned and readjusted against the back sleep and her music switched from Bush to Rage Against The Machine. She wondered where her mom was having them stay tonight when she felt the car swerve a bit. What was going on?

Sarah sat up and looked out the window, "Mom? What's going on..." she trailed off as she say the man in the rear view mirror. Sarah's eyes widened and she screamed.

Ryan was driving pretty fast to get away from the gas station. But, he wasn't too worried because his cousin was Sheriff and as long as he brought the cars back she didn't care. He was heading up the driveway that lead to his house. When all of the sudden a girl popped up from the back. "Holy shit!" He said as he brought the car to a stop. "Who the hell are you?"

"Who the hell am I? Hello, your the one in my mom's car!!! What the hell. Where is my mom? Who are you? And why in hell are you stealing her car?"

I suddenly looked out the window at the large house and acres around it, "Where the hell am I?"

"Well, you are near my house and it looks like you are spending the night..." Said Ryan as he started the car back up... "Shit....I'm now a kidnapper... I doubt my cousin is going to slide for this one..." Ryan pulled up to the house... "Come on get out... Grab one of your bags and I'll make you some dinner... My name's Ryan by the way..."

"I'm Sarah," Sarah stared at the guy named Ryan and she slowly exited the car grabbing her duffle bag. What was with this guy? She had to stay the night? She made sure that her phone was carefully tucked in her pocket and maybe she could call her mom or the police before too long.

That was before she got a good look at the house, "This is your house? Why are you stealing cars when it looks like you have plenty of money?"

It was a huge home with gorgeous acreage surrounding it. It was odd. She had tried to run from her mother before and now that she had a great opportunity to stay hidden, she wanted to call her mom. She didn't know the guy whose home was beautiful but for right now she would stick with the safe and known.

"Well, maybe we can figure out a way to make this less creepy by getting to know each other and we can claim you didn't kidnap me but I came with you. I have already tried to run away before."

When Sarah as why he was stealing car, Ryan said, "I steal cars for fun... I take them from all over town and abandon them in different spot. It's going to be much tough to abandon the car with you inside. Ryan had her leave her bag in the foyer and they walked into the kitchen. It had all of the top of the line appliances. There was an island with cook top and a couple of bar stools on the other side. "OK... I just hope my cousin, the Sheriff buys it..."

"Trust me when I say that I have a police record on attempts and the one time I actually disappeared for three days. I am sure he will. So you have this huge house but its just you? That seems like a waste of space. Anyway, you don't have to cook me dinner. I can make something if you just show me where everything is. I apparently have already become a burden with sleeping in the back seat of my mom's car."

Sarah continued moving around hoping that she would be able to move far enough away that she could send her mother a text without Ryan's knowledge. She would at least let her know she is okay.

Ryan was more than willing to let Sarah make dinner. He showed her where everything was and he sat down at the bar... "I hope so... Yeah, I like my space that's why I built the place so big... If you want to text your mom to let her know you are OK... Go ahead... Do you want something to drink?" Ryan walked over to the fridge.

Sarah froze as he mentioned texting her mother and flushed a bit, "Am I that obvious?"

She looked in the fridge and pantry, "Anything you want in particular? I am probably best with pasta, but can try to wing it."

She pulled out her phone and texted her mother:

Sorry mom...everything is too much for me right now. I am ok. I promise your car is fine. I am sorry cause you trouble but its not fully my fault. Love you. Sarah

Ryan watched as Sarah texted her mom. He looked at the message... "That should absolve me of any wrong doing.... Pasta sounds pretty good..." Ryan watched her as she gathered her ingredients, "So... why did you runaway before?"

Sarah thought about it while cutting vegetables to go with the pasta, "My mother has been really hounding me to go to college. I graduate from high school in a couple of months and just turned eighteen so she has been on this make a decision kick. My parents divorced when I was young and my dad disappeared from our lives. My mom has this new boyfriend that I think wants me out of the house as soon as possible which makes my mom want me out of the house to please him. I have no problem moving out so they can have their privacy but I would really like to take a year to find out exactly what I want. I think I deserve that. I still get good grades even though over the last six months I have caused so trouble with the law. Anyway, enough about that. The pasta will be done in a little bit."

Ryan thought about what Sarah said, and he replied "Well, if you are 18 then your mom can't tell you what to do... If you don't want to go to college yet you shouldn't go..." Ryan then got up and walked over to the wine cooler and took out a bottle and poured a couple of glasses. "If you don't like wine, I've got Coke, water, or milk in the fridge." Ryan then got some plates, silverware, and napkins and put them on the bar.

"Have you ever had someone that you love no matter what and has all these expectations for you and you don't want to let them down? That's why this has been so hard for me. I love my mom even though she seems to love her new boyfriend more. But, you are correct that I should live my life for myself and not allow her to push me into something I am not ready for."

Sarah plated the pasta with vegetables in a cream sauce and took a bite making sure it tasted good. She nodded and kept eating. She reached for the wine hesitantly.

"I have never had wine...but I will try it. If I don't like it I will have water."

Ryan listened to what she had to say, " I know what you're saying. My parents wanted me to take over the family farm. But, I wanted to get out of this town and see the world. I saw the world and made my fortune. I came back and took over the family farm but I hired people to run it. Your Mom just wants you to be happy, she'll come around." he took a bite of his food, "Mmm, that's very good..." he took a sip of his wine, "How's the wine?"

Sarah took another sip actually savoring the flavor, "Its actually not that bad. I thought it would have been disgusting like beer. I really don't like beer. I am glad you like the food. I have actually contemplated going to culinary school. I love to cook and bake. Food makes people happy. Or at least it should."

Sarah finished her pasta and put her plate in the sink rinsing it off.

"It makes me happy," he said, as he finished his plate of food, "Especially your cooking... I could never make anything that good. " He walked over to the sink with the plate. "If you were willing to stay with me, I'd hire you to be my personal chef... I'd pay you... say $100,000 a year, plus room, board, and heath insurance." He took another sip of wine... "What do you say?"

"Are you serious? Getting an offer like that even though I don't have a degree? Are you for real? And what about my mom? How am I going to get her her car? Oh my god. I am an idiot. If you are truly serious, I'll take the job. And you said I would live here? In this huge place? I would only have you and I to cook for, unless other people are roaming around. Do you ever have people over like a girlfriend or have a party?"

Sarah's mind was going a mile a minute.

Ryan smiled as Sarah rattled off questions, "I'm very serious. I'll take car of your mom's car. You'd have full access to my home and I don't currently have a girlfriend and I very rarely have guest. There would a condition of your employment... If you worked for me, you wouldn't be allowed to wear pants or shorts. You can only wear skirts or dresses."

"That doesn't bother me although, I really don't own any of those garments. I could buy some. I do have some savings. I find that to be a perfectly sound condition. I should look nice if you are going to be my employer and in case you do have guests. Do you like dessert?"

"Don't worry about having to pay for them... I'll pay for them... call it an advance on your salary... And I love dessert... What did you have in mind?"

"I saw berries in the fridge. Give me a moment and I will show you what else I can make."

Sarah went to the fridge grabbing what she needed then looking around for a mixer and a few bowls. After washing, cutting, and mixing the berries with balsamic vinagrette and sugar, she whipped heavy whipping cream and sugar into fresh whip cream. She put the berries into a bowl and added a dollop of whipped cream on top then handed the bowl to him.

"I hope you like it."

Ryan watched as she mixed up the berries and homemade whipped cream. Ryan took the bowl and took a bite... "mmm... That's really good... I know I said I'd pay you $100,000 a year... What If I said I'd be willing to pay you $250,000 a year... But there would be a condition... You'd have to agree to have my baby..."

Sarah froze listening to him. 250,000 dollars to have his baby? She sat down before she fell over.

"What if I would do it for 100,000 dollars and have your baby. I don't need the extra money if I was to have your child...I know you can provide for us. And," Sarah looked him up and down, "You are rather sexy and hard to resist. But, I would still have to cook for you...Since I would be getting a salary and I enjoy it."
