No. There is no evidence that Hillary followed State Department protocol regarding her email system, or her handling of sensitive/classified information. We're discussing this issue precisely because she didn't....

It was announced Friday that 22 emails are too sensitive to be released to the public. Even redacted, they can't release them. Whatever your politics, that's inexcusable.

Hillary knew the rules. Hillary signed a non-disclosure agreement confirming she knew the rules. Hillary broke the rules.

FBI is investigating.

I have no idea whether her infractions warrant an indictment or not, but anyone who still believes her excuses simply doesn't want to acknowledge the truth. No amount of facts or information will make them change their minds.

Do you have any evidence that those e-mails were classified while they were in Hillary's possession? Because if you don't, then there's no evidence that she broke any rules.

I'd have to agree with this. The whole reason the email was set up this way to begin with is the Clintons' desire for control -- their assumption, well-founded based on what happened in the 1990s, that at some point she would be investigated on some sort of dumbass pretext (and Benghazi certainly qualifies).

But if she felt that way, she should have either stayed in the Senate (you didn't have to be Jeane Dixon to realize that if the Republicans ever regained Congress during the Obama years, the silly investigations would never end), or accepted the political risk that went along with not controlling the server.

And Hillary as President would be more of the same -- there's going to be nonstop drama, and even worse than when Bill was in there because the Republicans will go berserk that "a girl beat them." I'm not looking forward to that, which is one reason why I would have preferred more choices.

But it's a matter of choosing from among imperfect options. Everyone on the Republican side is way worse than merely imperfect, and their current frontrunner qualifies as a pathological liar.

The released emails already indicate Hillary instructed her staff to remove the classification markings and send the information via fax. That information is still classified/sensitive/secret, regardless if the markings have been removed or not.

Raw data (which the Secretary of State would have access to) from human intelligence such as phone calls, emails, faxes..may not have been marked with a classification level, but still be classified. Example: The video from the Bin Laden raid, or transcripts from that same operation. Those are still classified...even if they're not marked or haven't been marked yet.

The sensitivity of the information determines whether it's classified...not the markings.

"The Right"...doesn't have the authority to charge her with anything. Any charges would come from the FBI and referred to the Justice Department. Also...this information just came to light a few months ago....not years ago.

Understanding basic government functions is up to you...I can explain it..but I can't 'understand' it for you.

Every bit of classified info I ever saw was marked as such.....Hell most the time we had to sign EXTRA non-disclosure agreements on issues just so they could crucify us should anything leak.
