I can tell you the truth Daisy, from 20+ years experience in IT, on those hard times when you wake up at 2am by the emergency call the empathy with full of feminine energy that you can provide just by your presence and calm voice over the phone or in person it means a lot for us and taking over the communication part and let us focus on the hard(ware) and the soft(ware) parts to bring back the systems to live!It's been a hell of a day.
