Our Christmas Eve tradition is to watch "The Polar Express" with the grandkids ... Otherwise I'm not one for films but "Home Alone" (the first one) or "Jingle All The Way" help pass a couple of hours with a chuckle.

I can tell you the truth Daisy, from 20+ years experience in IT, on those hard times when you wake up at 2am by the emergency call the empathy with full of feminine energy that you can provide just by your presence and calm voice over the phone or in person it means a lot for us and taking over the communication part and let us focus on the hard(ware) and the soft(ware) parts to bring back the systems to live!

It's been a circus, but hopefully not for much longer. And it's totally outside of my team's control. It's been a good lesson for the younger members of the team - don't stress when there's nothing you can control.

I'll hold those for you while you work on your nails. Maybe even give them a nice massage.
