I am not naïve enough to believe that a video posted on a forum like this could sway anybody's opinions, regardless of how valid its content was. The views represented in the video are true or false outside of it, and with emotions running high that is the level we are really playing on. OP mentioned a trend of societies accumulating wealth, becoming more secure, and hence socially licentious. There are historical precedents for this that I am happy to mention.

The video's premise, of course, is that these conditions paved the way for a female-dominated society. I actually don't agree with that, but it's still a serious idea.

Now what I don't like is to see people spewing epithets like "racist", "misogynist" etc then turning around and calling the other side stupid. It is painfully obvious to anyone intelligent just how hypocritical that is.
