I bow to the master, that thread kicks ass... but what do you say to this one? It may not have reached 145 pages yet, but as for the futilily of it's content I think it deserves some credit (hey, at least I got my avatar there...)

Give me one good reason why you shouldn't have to use the pause button? You get to pause and think about stuff in rl rping, so what the heck's the problem with doing it in pc rping?! Or is it the fact that you have to actually think in Baldur's Gate that's really upsetting you guys

So what you're looking for in a rp game for the pc is one that gives you a realistic experience of controlling six separate individuals in combat as they fight demons and monsters and cast spells? I can't believe I'm the only one who sees a problem with asking for realism here!

I'm good for most anything, but pain doesn't happen to be one of them...surprised myself last pennsic in a game of dares, not all of it was immensely enjoyable, but it was enlightening I s'pose

normal pain, it helps you work your threashold. make it higher. then when you get smashed, it's less to deal with.

I enjoy pushing my body too...love rock climbing, track & field, etc.
