I live in Thailand, the market for surgery is enormous and the peer pressure likewise amongst young women. The K-Pop area is a perfect example where surgery is probably running in the high 90 percent area. Nose, eyes, jaw/chin and breasts. Almost every time I walk through a shopping mall with my wife she will be accosted by some company pushing body surgery. My wife is 49 and looks 30 (completely natural), I tell them to piss off. Big busted natural women in Asia are rare. It's just genetic.
