Last I saw he was driving off with DT to go collect TFG's car. Andy's was a bust. Why does that always happen? But Onion Creek made up for it. We'll just go there first next time.

Yeah, I could have used a bit more estrogen as backup, but I managed on my own. Bluebie, TFG and DT. And they all behaved very nicely. It was fun.

...And I was probably over near your area today. Went and looked at a house I really want -- was all ready to get papers together tomorrow morning. Came back tonight to look at it again on the computer and *poof* it's gone. I'm going to call first thing in the morning, but I can tell you what's happened (again). Someone else got there before me. I'm crushed. *sigh*
