I'd really like to go but I don't want to brave the expected chilly/rainy weather. Now, if someone can do the sunshine/heat wave dance, I'd be there in a flash!

Let me know if you plan on going. I watch the news while Lisa is on but I turn it off as soon as Dr. Neil comes on so you will have to check the weather for me.

The VIP party was only last night. Tonight and tomorrow and regular gal or guy can go. But she has VIP status in my book.

They have a BBQ contest in the parking lot of Reliant Stadium. Different organizations compete and have tents sent up for private parties. Some have live bands too and it turns into a meet, greet, eat and drink party.

I heard about the $6 entrance that gives you a bbq plate. Do you get your choice of which bbq you want or is it one mass of meat?

I don't know, I have never paid the $6 entrance. That is the beauty of the corporate passes that get you in and into their private party for all the food and drink you can handle.
