How do you TRULY ignore a Litster?

If you put a fellow Litster on ignore, you no longer see what is in their posts, but you still get notifications of when they post to those threads to which you are subscribed, which I don't understand.

How do you truly ignore a Litster so that you don't ever see them at all?

Trolls and rude assholes, feel free to respond with your bullshit, so that I can (not fully, unfortunately) ignore you, too.

Not sure , but maybe its just the notification to the thread that someone posted to it? Sounds like a moderator question ! Good luck
