How do you upload a picture?

I'm having a hellavuh time trying to put a picture with my name. It's on my profile, but how do I put it on my responses?

Step one: post 97 more times.

Step two: Log out and back into trigger the auto-promotion to "experienced" so you cn have an avatar.

Step three: go to "Quick Links" in the header bar of any BB page and select Edit Avatar; follow the instructions.
