How do your search for tags?

According to tags.literotica.com, the site now contains 376,248 tags. Is there any way to search through them and see what is there? The search bar on that page doesn't actually search for tags. If you type in a tag, it will search for stories with that tag.

If I type in "supple lips," I get three stories. If I type in just "lips," I get a different list of stories. "Hard lips" provides a third list of stories, but "hard lip" produces zero. Exact spelling is required. But what do I do if I want to see how many tags contain the letters L.I.P. ?

Search for a more common tag (e.g., one of those listed on tags.literotica.com), and all related tags will appear on the right side of the results, with the number of results shared by the two tags shown in brackets.

That doesn't work very reliably.

"Related tags" is a list of tags which happen to also be on the stories the searched tag is on. It isn't intended to be a list of similar tags, and if it ever does yield similar tags, it's only because enough authors spammed similar tags onto the same stories. And that isn't something authors do very often. They tend to think that "their version" of the tag is what other people will use to look for their story.

A workaround which does what the OP wants, and demonstrates how unreliable the "related tags" is for this purpose, is something like this:
